1. Purpose of This Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our platform to do the same.
This Copyright Policy explains:
- ownership of CTS content,
- permitted and prohibited uses of site materials,
- how to report claimed copyright infringement, and
- how CTS responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
This Policy supplements CTS’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and related legal notices.
2. Ownership of CTS Content
Except where otherwise expressly stated, all content made available by CTS—including but not limited to:

- text, graphics, logos, icons, and compilation of listings,
- software, code, databases, and functionality,
- original articles, guides, and editorial content,
is owned by or licensed to CTS and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Limited Permission to Use Site Materials
CTS grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site and its content solely for legitimate business purposes consistent with CTS’s Terms of Use.
You may not, without CTS’s prior written consent:
- copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute CTS content,
- republish CTS materials on another website or platform,
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data,
- use CTS content to create derivative works or competing services,
- imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by CTS.
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
4. Third-Party Content and Listings
CTS operates as a media, aggregation, and marketplace intermediary.
Listings, images, descriptions, and other materials provided by third parties remain the property of their respective owners. CTS does not claim ownership over third-party content and does not independently verify copyright ownership of such materials.
Users who submit content to CTS represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
5. User Submissions and Feedback
If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials to CTS outside of a listing context:
- such submissions are deemed non-confidential, and
- CTS may use them without restriction for business, operational, or product- development purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe in good faith that content available on CTS infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512.
Your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, including information sufficient to locate it on the Site.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

7. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for:
- the judicial district in which you are located, or
- if outside the United States, the Southern District of Indiana.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications must be sent to the same Copyright Agent listed above.
CTS may forward counter-notifications to the original complaining party as required by law.
8. Repeat Infringers
CTS reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to suspend or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
9. Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer
CTS does not guarantee that content on the Site is free from infringement. The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including non-infringement.
CTS shall not be liable for damages arising from removal or retention of content pursuant to this Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
CTS may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
