Opt-In / Opt-Out Policy

Commercial Truck Sales, LLC d/b/a CommercialTruckSales.com ("CTS," "we," "us," or "our") may send SMS (text) messages in connection with your use of the CommercialTruckSales.com platform. This Policy describes how you opt in to receive messages, how to opt out, and where to obtain help.

1. Types of SMS Messages

CTS sends SMS messages strictly in a business-to-business context. Messages may include:

• Account authentication (including one-time passcodes (OTP))
• Account setup confirmations and onboarding updates
• Listing approvals, posting confirmations, and status updates
• Inquiry and lead-related communications
• Customer support and technical support communications
• Service-related operational announcements (for example, security or availability notices)

Message frequency varies based on account and platform activity. Message and data rates may apply.

2. How You Provide Consent (Opt-In)

You provide express consent to receive SMS messages from CTS by voluntarily providing your mobile number in a business context, including by:

• Entering your mobile number during account registration
• Entering your mobile number during dealer onboarding
• Submitting an inquiry, contact, or support form that requests a mobile number
• Requesting or receiving a one-time authentication code (OTP)
• Otherwise providing your number in connection with a direct business relationship with CTS

Where required, CTS will present a clear disclosure at the point of collection stating the types of messages you may receive and how to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-In Confirmation

If required by carrier rules, you may receive an opt-in confirmation message such as:

"CommercialTruckSales.com: You are subscribed to receive account-related messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you re-subscribe.

5. Re-Subscribe

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

7. No Sale of SMS Consent Data

CTS does not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data for monetary consideration.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our California Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the effective date of the revised Policy.
